Our Guarantee

Within the first 30 days as a SamsonWeb.COM hosting customer, if for any reason you, the customer, are not completely satisfied with any of our hosting services, we will cancel your account and refund your money for that month's service.


(Note that set-up fees are non-refundable.)

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed in a timely manner when a customer sends a formal letter (via e-mail or snail mail) stating the reason for dissatisfaction with SamsonWeb.COM's hosting service. A company check or a credit to the user's account will be mailed/posted immediately after receipt of notification..
